After a hail storm in Mesquite Mr. Johnson called Rich The Roofer in search of a Roof Protection Report. With Mesquite Texas being within our service area we scheduled Raymond's roof inspection and showed up 15 minutes early to his appointment. We found many damaged areas of the roof and a massive amount of hail and wind damage on the roof. With our guidance we quickly recieved a roof replacement approval from Raymond's insurance provider. We quickly drove to Denton, Texas to see what was happening, when we arrived it was clear that the improperly installed satellite dish has shifted during a severe storm and broke the decking underneath, causing a leak into the soffits. We scheduled Thorpe's roof repair right away. The day of the repair we discovered that the satellite dish had been leaking before the shift, and the decking was rotten and also needed to be replaced in some areas of the roof.
